• Freelancing hire for film and art in the print and digital media landscape. From concept-to-completion, works with companies big-and-small, creating everything from complete branding to cinematic videos, and supports a team wherever needed.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Producer, director, editor, and other various roles on 100+ film and video projects, ranging from two-crew commercials to 200-crew TV shows

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Producing print and digital media in an agency setting for the Natural Health Industry. Created videos from concept-to-completion, and Art Director and Designer for multiple brands and magazines, managing teams and projects, while executing creative direction. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Established video production for the company, creating the position of Producer

• Hired as Designer, promoted to Art Director

• Art Director and lead Designer on 100+ magazines, with an average output of 18 magazines a year

• Established multiple magazines and their brands, and managed them to increased success, with monthly distribution ranging from 250K-to-500K in Canada, USA, and Australia

• Initiated collaboration and Art Directed magazine cover and feature photoshoots with high-profile names, such as Adrian Grenier, Nikki Reed, Andy Hurley, Jewel, and Bryan Adams

• Contributed to the increase of several brands’ social media awareness, ranging from 8K-to-30K followers 

• Using creative briefs, executed creative direction and streamlined workflow for several projects and brand assets, managing teams to expedite output and sales

• Printing quality Tyvek running numbers, lumbers tallies, and customs requests. Managed projects from start-to-finish, performing administration, designing all required assets, and executing output using industrial printing equipment.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Rebranded the company, using web, photography, and design skills to implement a planned creative direction

• Expanded the company’s design abilities, incorporating the use of Adobe Creative Suite to meet client requests and exceed expectations

• Learned high-output printing software, such as Venue Bench, to help streamline processes and delivery

• At 21 years old, founded and managed an independent Film and TV production company, and produced, wrote, directed, and edited feature film The Empty Room, recouping the budget with DVD sales

• Made over a dozen no-budget short films with distribution in film festivals around the world

• Winner of Best VFX for short film Red Revenge at Whistler Film 10

• Best-in-show finalist for short film Red Revenge at the Whistler Filmmaker Showdown

• Photographing and designing fine art prints and posters for sale and auction. Independently executed planned concepts, shooting a range of styles from studio-to-street, and often designed and combined images to produce a surreal style.

• Artwork auctioned and sold for $300+ at various charity events and in-store retailers

• Navigated the art retailer marketplace, understanding how to increase profit margins and streamline distribution

• Delivering premium casting services and courses for the Film and TV industry. Filmed and managed casting sessions for Film, TV, commercials, workshops, reels, and private auditions, and edited and exported polished client deliverables. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Excelled in Canada’s longest running casting facility, taking on the responsibility to film and facilitate the first of the company’s now renowned acting workshops

• Filmed and managed casting sessions for high-profile names and companies, such as Dolph Lundgren and Fisher-Price 

• Helped modernize technical equipment and software, streamlining filming, editing, and output processes

OFFICE MANAGER · CONVEYANCER

• Providing legal services to the Greater Vancouver community for over 20 years. Executed registration and filing of property purchases and sales, facilitated legal documents for client services, and managed and mastered all administrative office duties. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Promoted from Receptionist to Conveyancer, and then also took on the duty of Office Manager

• Self-initiated the rebrand of the company in both print and web, creating the logo and all stationery assets required

• Constantly pushed innovation, helping streamline technical equipment and software to improve processes and efficiency
